Information you provide
CG&AI collects information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, email address, company, service interest, and message. We use it to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential engagements, operate the website, and protect the service from abuse.
Aggregate website analytics
Our first-party analytics records aggregate daily counts by allowlisted event, page path, referring hostname, campaign labels, CTA location, service interest, and error category. It does not store cookies, IP addresses, user agents, identities, form contents, or individual visitor records. Allowlisted campaign labels may be retained in session storage for the current browser tab before they are counted in aggregate. Automated quality-assurance visits are suppressed from measurement.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing, email routing, and the aggregate analytics datastore. Cloudflare may also collect cookie-free aggregate performance telemetry for the site. We do not sell personal information or use website inquiry data for behavioral advertising.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, security, or operational purposes. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, email [email protected].
